New Arrivals - 6045 Kitchen Sinks


There are two types of new single-bowl kitchen sinks with dimension L60*W45*D21.5cm, one is made of SMC, the other is artificial quartz sink, in order to meet varied needs of different markets.

The SMC kitchen sink is produced by hydraulic machine with compression moulding, that's very different from the manual paste moulding process. The product density is much higher because of high temperature molding technology. The smooth and glazed bowl surface comes from the precision mold and molding process, and does not depend on painting. Again, SMC material, as a smokeless and non-toxic material which does not contain halogens, and it's an environmentally friendly material that can meet the needs of future development. The fire retardant can reach to FV0 level, and the smoke & gas level is quasi-safety level 1 (ZA1), which meets the requirements of domestic and international UL94 standards. SMC is also a poor conductor of heat, has low deformation rate of high-temperature resistance which can reduce the influence of environmental temperature difference on the internal structure of products.





The artificial stone kitchen sink is becoming more popular because it's not that expensive but still have excellent texture which you can see and touch it as stone material. The single-bowl quartz kitchen sink can fit well in any decoration style in kitchens with different colors and with or without granular texture. It can be used both top mount and undermount installation, it depends on differernt preferences of consumers. You can see the front and back finish is treated almost flawless.
